Terms
- All sales are considered final. Returns and refund are solely at the discretion of Panfish.studio.
- You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on an item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (e.g., unused, unaltered, and undamaged).
- Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
- Please view item online and ask questions before purchase, we are unable to accept returns on certain items due to the cost of packaging and shipping.
Process for Requesting a Return or Refund.
- Contact our customer service team at panfishstudio@gmail.com to start the process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the Item: Customer must pay for return shipping. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
Process of Refund
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, less the original shipping charge, to your original method of payment.
