Copyright and Usage  

  • All content on this website, including artwork, text, and images, is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.
  • Attribution, adaptation, and commercial or non-commercial use of our content are subject to our written approval.
  • Please ask. We promise to help if it's possible for us to do so.

Services and Transactions

  • It's unlikely we would need to do so; however, we reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services at any time.
  • All financial transactions are processed securely. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that arise during the transaction process.

User and Community Behavior

  • Users must not engage in unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, or any other inappropriate conduct.

  • We are creating original art and experience to us, and as we see it.  
  • We are not responsible for any downtime or technical issues that may affect the availability of our website. 



Return and Refund Policy

Panfish.studio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

Terms

  • All sales are considered final. Returns and refund are solely at the discretion of Panfish.studio.
  • You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on an item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (e.g., unused, unaltered, and undamaged).
  • Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
  • Please view item online and ask questions before purchase, we are unable to accept returns on certain items due to the cost of packaging and shipping.

Process for Requesting a Return or Refund.

  • Contact our customer service team at panfishstudio@gmail.com to start the process.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the Item: Customer must pay for return shipping. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.

Process of Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, less the original shipping charge, to your original method of payment.
